tried a yummy recipe tonight. I experimented myself so no one to give credit to.
1 lb tapalia (a mild white fish)
1 egg
half and half
Progresso bread crumbs with Parmesan
Sprinkle parmesan cheese
butter
Scramble one egg and some half and half in a bowl. This will be your mixture. Put a good amount of bread crumbs in another bowl. Take Tilapia and slice it about 1/2 inch thick and cut it into nugget size. Then dip it in a mixture half and egg mixture. Then dip in into the bread crumb mixture. Melt butter on your griddle. Then lay your dipped talapia over the melted butter. Sprinkle some more parmesan cheese on it. Cook and flip every few minutes. The outside brown's up fast but the inside takes longer to cook so you need to flip a few times.
The kids loved it!!!
